Georgeta Dendrino

Managing Director and Shareholder

Georgeta is the Managing Director of Interact, one of the leading training and consultancy companies in Romania. She possesses over 29 years of experience in the field of training and consultancy, working with clients across all major industries and various countries. She has developed and delivered training and coaching programs, as well as development centers for management teams ranging from top to middle management, and has served as a project manager for numerous consultancy initiatives.

Additionally, she has developed various business simulations and team building programs, working with key sectors such as banking, construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and the oil industry. Holding an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and with over 17 years of experience in executive coaching, Georgeta Dendrino has also provided coaching for entrepreneurs within the Cartier Women's Initiative project.

Georgeta serves as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at EMCC. She is a board member of the Association for Values in Education, and Co-Chair Community Engagement for Envisia – Boards of Elite. She is also an executive coach selected for Coach Source, USA, and a contributor to Forbes, Psychologies. In recent years, she has mentored entrepreneurs through RBL, PWN Global, PWN Norway, and AFIST, ASE-AVE, Insead, and is a member of HR Club, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, and the Association pour le Progrès du Management.

Lucian Mihai

Partner

Partner at Interact since 2007. International trainer, facilitator and consultant specialising in leadership, communication and organisational development. Delivered learning and transformation programmes across Europe, working with leaders, managers and cross-functional teams in industries ranging from retail and FMCG to healthcare, technology and financial services.

Brings together extensive experience in management, sales, professional services and international business, including leadership roles in multinational environments and the management of an international purchasing subsidiary in China. Particularly passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity, cultural differences and organisational change through better conversations and stronger relationships.

Managing Partner

Alina Doica

Partner and Facilitator

Alina is a partner and facilitator at Interact. Her areas of expertise include management programs, communication, presentation skills, effective team management, train the trainers, and organizational culture. For 21 years, she has been providing Interact solutions, in Romania and across the region, to clients in the banking, FMCG, IT&C, energy, and pharmaceutical sectors.

She is involved in a range of organizational development projects, playing an active role in needs analysis, solution design and delivery, account management, and product development. She has worked on both individual projects and with groups of up to 170 people.

She was a faculty member at the IAA Marcomm School (International Advertising Association), where she taught the communication and presentation skills module from 2008 to 2020. At Interact, she also served as a project manager and coordinated a team of remote collaborators.

Aura Frîncu

Business Associate and Language Trainer

More than 20 years of experience delivering French, Romanian and English language training programmes at all levels, tailored to professionals across a wide range of industries.

Certified examiner with the French Institute in Bucharest. Delivers Train-the-Trainer programmes, oversees training quality and delivery standards, and actively contributes to cross-departmental projects that support organisational development and business objectives.

Ion Botezatu

Trainer and Facilitator

Ion Botezatu is an Interact trainer and facilitator. He is a psychologist and a graduate of the Master's program in Trainer Training and Adult Education from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest.

He is a certified Emergenetics®️ consultant and, since 2024, an accredited Think on Your Feet®️ trainer. He has 10 years of experience in designing, organizing, and delivering non-formal learning activities, personal development camps, teambuilding events, and training programs.

Throughout his career, he has worked with participants from diverse sectors, including IT, advertising, banking, sales, healthcare, psychology, education, construction, and FMCG.

Language Trainer

Oana has been a Language Trainer in the Interact Communication Department since 2008. Fluent in English and Spanish, she designs engaging learning experiences driven by a genuine passion for people and for the way they grow through communication.

Her approach combines interactive, team‑based activities with creative, exploratory tasks that encourage learners to collaborate, discover their strengths, and connect language with real business contexts. She fosters a supportive environment where participants feel engaged, inspired, and confident to develop their communication skills.

Emilia Ilie

Assistant Manager

With the Interact team since June 2008, Emilia manages daily operations within the Administrative-Logistics Department, focusing on logistics organization and office administration. Her professional background includes six years in the banking sector, where she developed deep expertise in Customer Care.

Emilia successfully channels this experience into her current role, ensuring high-quality support and efficiency for both the team and clients.
