Managing Director and Shareholder
Georgeta is the Managing Director of Interact, one of the leading training and consultancy companies in Romania. She possesses over 29 years of experience in the field of training and consultancy, working with clients across all major industries and various countries. She has developed and delivered training and coaching programs, as well as development centers for management teams ranging from top to middle management, and has served as a project manager for numerous consultancy initiatives.
Additionally, she has developed various business simulations and team building programs, working with key sectors such as banking, construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, and the oil industry. Holding an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and with over 17 years of experience in executive coaching, Georgeta Dendrino has also provided coaching for entrepreneurs within the Cartier Women's Initiative project.
Georgeta serves as the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at EMCC. She is a board member of the Association for Values in Education, and Co-Chair Community Engagement for Envisia – Boards of Elite. She is also an executive coach selected for Coach Source, USA, and a contributor to Forbes, Psychologies. In recent years, she has mentored entrepreneurs through RBL, PWN Global, PWN Norway, and AFIST, ASE-AVE, Insead, and is a member of HR Club, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, and the Association pour le Progrès du Management.
